Mindfulness is the awareness that arises from paying attention, non-judgmentally, being fully present. Mindfulness coaching helps us learn and develop healthy coping skills that we can fully integrate into our daily lives. I am a Qualified Teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) as defined by the UCSD, School of Medicine, Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute.
