Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The term comes from the Japanese words rei, meaning "universal", and ki, which roughly translates to "lifeforce energy". Recipients are offered sessions sitting or lying down. Singleton places her hands near areas in the bio-field of the recipient that may be blocked, distressed, or painful and channels positive and supportive energy. Sessions last approximately 50 minutes.
Half (3 hours) and full (6.5 hours) day retreats that incorporate the full range of mindfulness practices. Participants can unplug and luxuriate with the spaciousness of additional time for better awareness intention. Retreats are offered online and in-person and can be customized for a diverse array of target audiences. We welcome travel destination retreat opportunities.
